What is an RSS feed?

RSS stands for different things depending on who you ask, but it basically means Really Simple Syndication, Rich Site Summary or RDF Site Summary.

You can subscribe to these RSS feeds which allows you to view any information that is published into that feed. To view an RSS feed, you need an RSS reader. There are many you can use, but the most popular RSS readers include Google, My Yahoo, and My MSN. If you have an account with any of these services, it is very simple to subscribe to a feed.

If you want to subscribe to the feed manually, you can either click on the orange XML button and once you see the XML displayed in your web browser, copy the address in your address bar -- this is the RSS feed URL that you can plug into your RSS feeder. Another method would be to right-click on the orange button and select "Copy link location..." or something simlar to that depending on which web browser you are using. This will copy the RSS feed URL onto your clipboard so that you can paste it into your RSS feed reader manually.
